The iLead Instructional Technology Leadership Institute provides participants with ongoing support throughout the school year which includes workshops, conferences, intervisitations at schools that demonstrate effective use of instructional technology, onsite consultations to support instructional technology goals and objectives and access to online communication and collaboration tools created for this program.

After the Orientation
After participants attend the Orientations 4 required workshops, the following services are available to you:
- Ongoing Workshops (Select 2-3) -- Participants are encouraged to browse our catalog of services and access workshops to either refresh what you learned in the Institute or learn a new topic.
- Conferences (Select 1) -- Participants are eligible to have their registration paid for at one of the recommended conferences. Conferences are a great way to be inspired by technology's power to increase student achievement.
- School Intervisitations -- Participants may elect join iLead on School Intervisitations. To express interest, email ilead@schools.nyc.gov.
- In-School Consultation -- Participants are eligible to have an iLead Instructional Technologist visit their school and provide either a Technology Walkthrough where we assess and advise school technology or a mentored session where we give 1 on 1 training on topics of your choice. To schedule, email ilead@schools.nyc.gov
- Discussion Forum -- iLead Institute participants will have access to instructional technologists to ask questions, get advice, or share via our discussion forum.
- iLead Blog -- Stay abreast of training opportunities, grants, special forums, conferences, and more through our iLead Blog.
